Great App! Easy to use & very convenient.

I have iOS 5.1.1 and the app instantly crashes when I submit login information. They claim compatibility with iOS 5 so something is amiss.

what would be great would be some sort of "check in" on the showing time app so you know when the realtor has been to your house. Its nice to know when and if someones been thru the house esp if youre away all day etc.

Zero complaints. Great way to stay organized, and its extremely easy to schedule showings. Fabulous app and service.

Something is wrong on my iPad. I cant get the keyboard to appear properly. Its like the display is too large. None of my other apps have this problem.

Works fine on iPhone, but the keyboard will not appear on iPad so it is useless to me.

Wheres my entire keyboard? Come on ShowingTime. You can do better than this, cant you?

I like this app but it has serious flaws. You can not use it to set up appointments on your own listings. That is a feature all our agents would use. I spoke with the company over a year ago and they have not addressed the issue. When using showing desk web edition, any additional notes you make and save do not appear in the mobile app appointment history. This has caused problems for our agents. It has potential but the parent company has not updated their desk top app in years and those flaws show up in the mobile app.

Needs way for agents to notify that they are done. Also need easy way for them to notify if they are late or canceling. So far Ive wasted hours of time from vacating my home only to find out no one showed up. The service is a nice concept but needs a lot of work to get it to a professional level. Id prefer if my lister just used phone scheduling. At least that way they have easy way to reach the showing agent.

What a time saver! I no longer have to wait for my computer to start up! I can reschedule, cancel, and view instructions for showings and even edit my own listing showing instructions! Such a breeze! Very fluid and solid built app. Thank you!

Putting aside the lousy way this treats home sellers, the reality of this app is terrible: there’s no communication function to adjust times outside of a short note, you have no idea if people showed up to your home or not, and there’s no way to make corrections if there’s been a misunderstanding about a time. I can’t add or change my schedule of availability for home showings, either. The interface looks like something from the Carmen Sandiego days. The idea has merit, but this app is in no way ready for commercial use.

The title says it all.

Updates arent showing or refreshing in the app. We have two appointments and one inquiry so far. The App shows zero and no notifications. We were introduced to the app by our realtor.

Bummer, it works fine on my iPhone but not at all on my iPad.

Well worth the download. They are some bugs but the management is focused on addressing those issues. My experience was quite unique but it was resolved in a very professional & positive manner. I recommend giving them honest feed back because this app is very useful with the ability to make your selling experience a bit less stressful. Multiple options of confirming and managing showing request. It works very well when using multiple devices, such as an IPad & IPhone.

Just upgraded to the latest iOS and the app wont load now. Please fix!

App wont even load the page to request a showing time.

App is not loading in my iPhone. I erased the app and then I tried to download again and still not working. Please fix it soon

App wont load after most recent iPhone update (November 2015). Please fix as app is now useless. That said the app is a great time saver and notification tool.
